This Privacy Policy explains how Marks Media Group, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with ScorPN™ (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and optional display name when you create an account.
- Game content — games, teams, events, venues, scores, and related details you enter.
- Usage & device data — a viewer session identifier stored in your browser to count viewers, and your IP address used for spam/abuse prevention (rate limiting).
How we use information
To operate and improve the Service: to run live scoring and discovery, maintain your account and game history, count viewers, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure.
What's public
Games marked public are visible to anyone, including team/event names, location, scores, and viewer counts. Do not enter sensitive personal information into public game fields. Private games are not shown in discovery.
Service providers
We use Supabase for database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain account and game data while your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated games by contacting us.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
